WORKSPORTAL AS APP
App for iOS and Android
The Worksportal applicaiton makes it possible to connect the collaboration between stakeholders at the office and stakeholder in the 'field'.
This means that the project management tool - the Worksportal - comes into play at the construction-fields, where the work actually takes place.
The functions:
- Digital completion of various tailor-made forms and inspection reports
- ‘On the fly’ inspection reports on the phone
- Sharing of inspection reports between supervision/external consultants, contractors and client
- Documentation/photos are automatically transferred to the Worksportal
- Time/date and GPS tracking of inspection reports for subsequent documentation and follow-up
- RFID-scanning
- NFC-scanning
At this point, the Worksportal becomes an integrated and natural part of work rutines without any extra administration work. Thus, securing the digital quality assurance.
The app is supported on Android 7 and iOS 14 and up.
A valuable application
'On the fly' inspection reports
Using the Worksportal application the supervisors are able to complete inspection reports on the construction site with the use of a smartphone. Notes, status and pictures are indicated and sent to the Worksportal to be stored on the project.
Automatic photo transfer
Photos can be used for documentation and are transferred automatically together with the inspection report to the Worksportal along with the GPS location.
Access for all stakeholders
Inspection reports sent from the Worksportal application can be accessed by all stakeholders on the Worksportal, e.g. supervisors, contractors and managers.
On the run
Inspection reports ensures the quality of the client's work and forms the basis for control of the financial management of the project. The work of the supervisor is often carried out on the construction site with a camera and a notepad under the arm.
With the Worksportal application the supervisor and contractor will have both camera and notepad access. This includes both access to predefined quality assurance forms for projects which can be filled out during the process.
Photos, notes and information about approval or disapproval are filled out as the work is performed.
The inspection report is sent through the internet to the Worksportal when the supervision is completed, and is stored on the current project. In the Worksportal the supervisors, contractors and managers are all able to access the completed inspection reports.
To get an overview of the documentation, photos and notes are visible on the mao due to position metadata (GPS).
